Roxanne Anderson,
Interim Executive Director
Roxanne is a 2018 Bush Fellow, researching LGBTQ Community Centers to understand best practices for a center in the Twin Cities that centers Trans and GNC BIPOC folx. Roxanne's on going work addresses issues of marginalized people. Rox serves as Interim Executive Director for the Minnesota Transgender Health Coalition. Rox has been part of many lgtbq organizations including the Hughes Foundation, RECLAIM for Youth, GLBT Host Home Program. Rox is Co-Founder/Co-Director of RARE Productions.

Chélese Ewart, Executive Assistant
Ché is a SouthSider and has volunteered for MTHC in the Exchange and with other community functions for a long while. Ché was lead assistant during Minnesota’s first QIPOC queer indigenous and people of color conference. Her skill and leadership during that event and all the other ways in which she does work makes her a great fit to help ensure the administrative side of MTHC runs well.

Dave Edwards
Dave is a Visiting Lecturer Educational Psychology at Hamline University. He is a dynamic educator who is passionate about engaging and instructing urban learners and youth with exceptionalities. Dave helps empower families and staff to create inclusive environments for all students.
Zealot Hamm, Board member
Zealot is a writer and performance artist. Her talents can be seen in many twin Cities productions. Zealot regularly performs with 20% Theater Company. She is a parent and spend much of her time with the PTA and school functions.
Sakura Sirisavath, Board Treasurer
Sakura started with MTHC in the summer of 2016. Sakura is a business owner and works other jobs too. She is currently the board treasurer. Sakura is a talented artists and enjoys dancing with a traditional Thai dance group.
Ea Porter, Board member
Ea is the Assistant Director of Community Engagement and Recruiting
School of Education for St Thomas University. She has the pleasure of meeting prospective students and sharing the opportunities offered by St. Thomas including 28 Teacher Licensure programs, 15 Masters and 3 Doctoral programs. With her background and training in Human Resources, Ea somewhat an anomaly as a recruiter: for her, it’s all about the fit. her job to give prospective students all of the information they need to decide if the school is the right fit for their present needs and their future goals. Ea is the proud parent of an out trans young person.
“Shimmer” aka Quinn Villagomez,Board Secretary
Quinn Villagomez is an out and proud trans latinx Broadcast Journalist. Shimmer started with MTHC as a support group user and quickly got involved in the activities of MTHC including joining the board. Shimmer is the Board Secretary
Ran Chang, Board member
Ran is a youth worker, working to prevent youth homeless. In his day job Ran meet young people where they are and works with them to understand their needs and advocates for their best lives. Ran is also a artists and organizer.
Sagan Lara, Board Member
Sagan is a national leader in the intersex community. Sagan works to ensure intersex representation in the larger LGBT community and world at large. Sagan is on MTHC’s Youth Program Committee and a strong team member in our new youth program Of By For All program. A BIPOC youth engagement program.
